Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NextGen Vibezz Fashion Store! Every item is made to order, so we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because all our products are printed on demand and made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will replace items if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photo(s) of the item showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

3. Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We’ll send you the correct item at no extra cost.

4. Sizing Issues

Each product has a detailed size chart - please double-check before ordering. If you received a size different from what you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Orders not delivered after 40 business days (depending on location and carrier delays)

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5 - 10 business days to appear.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
